Something other than technique?

In the Pole Foundations classes, we focus on the technique of tricks and spins.

If you’d like to explore more the dance aspect of pole, you can attend the Flow x High Heels Intro classes, where you’ll learn a pole choreography. This can be done in socks or in pole dance heels.

We also offer flexibility classes, where we work on our splits and backbends. Or come and get stronger in our full-body conditioning classes!
