We have the honour of Musa visiting our studio where she will be teaching two workshops.

14:30-16:00 Sculpted Slink

Sculpted Slink is a dance class where flow meets form. Think of it as painting shapes with your body.

In this class, we’ll work on a sequence that blends slow, luscious transitions with bold, sculpted poses that command attention.

Perfect for dancers who want to refine their flow, improve transitions, and bring more artistry into their movement. Variations are offered to suit all levels, so everyone can explore shaping movement with intention.

16:30-18:00 Linger

A low flow spinny pole class focused on presence, sensation, and staying with your movement.

We’ll explore low spins and soft transitions, keeping everything grounded and connected. Instead of chasing tricks, we slow down and let each movement unfold, stretch, and linger in the body.

Perfect for dancers looking to deepen the connection between their movement, themselves, and their audience. Participants should be comfortable with basic spins.
