In our group classes you will safely and gradually discover the world of pole dance in a structured way.

Series options & starting dates:
Choose the day and time that fits your schedule best! Each series runs for 6 consecutive weeks at the same time and day. Choose between:
Tuesday evenings 20:45-22:00, starting either 14/07, 26/09 or 14/11
OR
Saturday afternoons 12:30-13:45, starting either 13/06, 25/08, or 13/10.
Catch-up policy (up to 2 recovery classes)
We highly recommend attending all 6 Kickstart classes for consistent and safe progress. However, we understand life happens! If you need to miss a class, we offer up to 2 recovery class options:
All-level Conditioning
All-level Flexibility
Flow x High Heels
or if you want to continue your Pole Dance practice, you can choose for one of the classes of the next level, Foundations 1.
