Foundations 1 Level

Once you’ve completed the Pole Dance Kickstart course, you can move on to Pole Foundations 1 classes.

In this level, we’ll build on the tricks and spins you’ve already learned, and teach you how to invert on the pole in a safe way.

Pole Foundations 1 and higher levels no longer work with a fixed series. You can sign up for the classes you want to take.

We provide either class passes or subscriptions - in case you’ll be attending regularly every month.
